Reminder of 2 upcoming events: Common Grounds tomorrow and monthly meeting on Monday (theme: Lift and Separate!)
Just a reminder to all you plant lovers that tomorrow (April 5) is Common Grounds at Station Mall (Sears Court). This event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature artists who look to nature for inspiration, as well as cool exhibits (including one on alternatives to invasive plants) and activities provided by the SSM Horticulture Society! We will have special activities for kids, including a microscope with cool invasive insects to examine.
Monday night (April 7) is our monthly meeting, with the topic being Lift and Separate! Master Gardener Susan Milne will address how to propagate perennials. Please come and bring a friend or two! Meeting is at United Baptist Church on Malabar Drive and will start at 7 pm. Refreshments will be served, along with sparkling company and conversation!
